Focus on Inquiry-based learning

Five members of the academic staff of Eszterházy Károly University Jászberény Campus have contributed as authors to an international publication focusing on student teachers learning through inquiry from international perspectives.

Along with the sections on the Australian, Finish, Dutch, Polish or Israeli practices there are three chapters on the Hungarian higher education context. In chapter four Dr. Rita Szaszkó focuses on student teacher inquiry-based learning through 'You Tube' while in chapter five Dr. Annamária Sinka reveals the possibilities of digital storytelling. Finally, in chapter ten Dr. Renáta Bernhardt Kisné, Dr. Laura Furcsa and Dr. Marietta Molnár explore the teaching strategies in teacher training through metaphor analysis.
